Navigation Homes Counties is a small but highly productive team, led by owner Nathan, who began his building career at 17 years old. With hands-on industry experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship, Nathan purchased the Navigation Homes Counties franchise in 2017, bringing a strong foundation of practical knowledge and leadership to the business.

With in-house drafting and our own dedicated building crew, we maintain full control over every stage of the build — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional results. We believe building a home should be exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we focus on simplifying the process, offering clear communication, great quality workmanship, and fair, transparent pricing.
